I’m a therapist, but I’m also a human being. I know life doesn’t always go to plan, and money worries can make it harder to reach out for support. If finances are a concern, please let me know — we may be able to explore reduced‑rate sessions, shorter appointments, or a payment plan that feels manageable. My aim is to make support as accessible as possible, without adding to your burden.

Please get in touch

If you’d like to find out more or arrange an initial conversation, please get in touch. I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, and I aim to make the process as warm, supportive, and straightforward as possible.

I usually reply within 24 hours. In your message, feel free to share a little about what’s going on and what kind of support you’re looking for. If you’d prefer, we can start with a free 15‑minute phone consultation to see if my services feel like a good fit for you.
