If you submit a form, your information may be sent to me by email and stored in my email or business systems.
I use it to respond to your enquiry. If you become a therapy client, relevant information will then be handled under my separate Therapy Client Privacy Notice.
The website form is not intended for urgent matters or detailed clinical information.

I use Google Workspace for business email and the storage of client and business information. Depending on the services enabled, this may include Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Docs, or related Workspace services.
