Website information
Website information is general information only. It is not medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, or emergency advice.
Using this website or sending an enquiry does not create a therapist-client relationship. A professional relationship begins only when I have agreed to provide therapy, and the relevant client documentation has been completed.
Emergencies
This website and email are not monitored as an emergency service.
If you or another person is in immediate danger, call 999 or attend A&E. For urgent mental-health support in Scotland, contact NHS 24 on 111 or an appropriate local crisis service.
Do not use a website form or email to request urgent help.
Enquiries and appointments
Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee an appointment.
Appointments depend on availability and suitability. I may recommend another service if my service is not appropriate for your needs.
Fees, cancellations, missed appointments, online-session arrangements, and ending therapy are governed by the separate therapy agreement.
Accuracy
I aim to keep the website accurate and current, but I do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for your individual circumstances.
Website availability
I do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, or free from errors, viruses, or other harmful material.
You are responsible for using suitable security protection on your own device.
